HG-5600 Monitoring Instrument for Locomotive Turbocharger

Introduction
Along continual speed acceleration for train, and massive accidental occurrence in locomotive damage arising from locomotive turbocharger failure, how to effectively monitor and prevent from failure for locomotive turbocharger has been to desiderate settled down in each railway bureau and each internal-combustible engine central office. HG5600 locomotive turbocharger failure instrument is right test and diagnosis system researched and made under such demand.

It can simultaneously inspect two turbochargers on one set of internal-combustion locomotive. Inspection content includes high- and low-frequency vibration, rotation speed, coasting time and relative parameters, and structures unique integral diagnosis data based upon massive verifications and set up its threshold value for this, it facilitates with this instrument to make dynamic judgment for status and basic failure place for locomotive turbocharger, as well as hold back locomotive with turbocharger failure into warehouse, so as to avoid any locomotive damage in the course of application.
